Billing details
- Minimum credit purchase is $10. Credit does not expire while your account is open.
- Team subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
- Receipts are issued for every top-up; Enterprise is invoiced monthly.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
How is one request billed?
Input tokens times the model's input rate, plus output tokens times its output rate, plus your plan's platform fee. Failed requests and fallback attempts that do not succeed are not billed.
What happens when my credit runs out?
Requests return HTTP 402 until you add credit. You can set a low-balance email alert and an auto top-up amount in billing settings.
Can I get a refund on unused credit?
Unused prepaid credit can be refunded under the terms of our Refund Policy. Credit that has been consumed by API usage is not refundable.
Do model prices change?
Rates follow each provider's published pricing. When a provider changes its price, the catalog updates and the new rate applies to requests made after the change.
